Reuven Rivlin

Reuven Rivlin is a prominent Israeli politician and lawyer who has held various key positions in the country's government. As a member of the Likud party, he has been actively involved in Israeli politics, serving in several ministerial and parliamentary roles. Notably, Rivlin held the position of Minister of Communications from 2001 to 2003, overseeing the country's communication sector during this period.

Rivlin's political career further expanded as he took on the role of Speaker of the Knesset, a position he held on two separate occasions: from 2003 to 2006 and again from 2009 to 2013. His leadership skills and experience ultimately led to his election as President of Israel on 10 June 2014. Rivlin served as the country's president for seven years, concluding his term on 7 July 2021.
