Jesse Peretz

Jesse Peretz is a multifaceted American artist who has made significant contributions to the film and music industries. Initially, he gained recognition as a founding member and bass guitarist of the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based band The Lemonheads, which was formed in 1986. Although he left the band as a musician before the release of their notable album It's a Shame About Ray, Peretz continued to be involved with the group as their photographer.

Peretz's career trajectory later shifted towards directing, with initial forays into short-form projects such as television commercials and music videos.
